Ways to Grow Taller
Many people are brought up to believe that it is impossible to grow taller. They are taught that the only way a person becomes taller is through genetics and that when they are born, they cannot do anything to increase their height. This, however, is all BS.
There are many ways to grow taller, but people have become blinded by the opportunities that surround them when it comes to increasing their height. The one sentence answer they give when it comes to growing taller is that “it’s all genetics and you can’t do anything about it.”
These people do not know the possibilities of human methods and science. They simply believe that genetics cannot be changed and that height is predetermines. This is not true whatsoever. In this article, I will go through simple ways to grow taller using only simple and effective tools. Let’s begin with number 1:
1). Stretching to grow taller
Did you know that it is possible to increase your height by up to 3 inches just by stretching alone? It is scientifically proven and is a natural way for people to grow taller without any nasty side effects. The pros to using this method to grow taller are that it allows you to use a natural method that works and it allows you to spend more time fixing your posture and becoming more confident. The cons to using this method are that it can take 15-20 minutes of your day to do the stretches, but it may also take months to see the results that you gain from this.
2). Increasing length of your neck
Increasing the length of your neck can deliver quite a surprisingly decent amount of increase in height overall. This is because the head would appear to be pushed up higher which gives the impression of someone looking taller. So how do you manage to increase the length of your neck?
Believe it or not but increasing the length of your neck is not that hard. This is because the neck is made of a group of muscles which have cartilages in between. The only downside to increasing the length of the neck is that the results may vary per person and that the increase may not be permanent.
It would still be a great idea to use this method to grow taller because every inch counts! To increase the length of your neck, you must train your neck by doing certain exercises. Here is how you do this:

Stand up or sit down with your back straight.
Tilt your head to the right side so that your ears are looking down at your shoulders. Do this lightly and do it for 10 seconds at the minimum.
Do the same to the left shoulder for another 10 seconds but make sure that there is no pain by doing it lightly.
Look up at the ceiling for another 10 seconds and then look down at the floor for another 10 seconds.
Now loosen your neck by rolling your head around.
3).Improving your posture
Many people do not know this, but when you slouch, you are simply reducing your height and making yourself look smaller than you are already. When you see people with hunchbacks, you can see that most of their height is stored on their back, but they have limited the growth making them look smaller. If you want to look taller whether it is by 1 inch or 3 inches, you must know that improving your posture can be a great tool in becoming taller.
There are many ways to see if your posture is correct. The way I recommend to see if you are standing up correctly is by standing against a wall with your back touching it. Now simply walk away from the wall with the same posture, and that is how you should be walking. If you are not walking using correct posture, you may find that you can lose 1-3 inches shorter.
There are many ways to grow taller, but they all require some work on your part. This means that you should spend more time developing these methods so that they suit you. Do certain things such as regularly checking posture, doing the neck exercises above and by stretching the body.
